CURATED WINE EXPERIENCE By Gabriel Laffort (LAEF)
An intimate wine journey through a selection of carefully chosen wines.
Each pour opens a conversation around terroir, craftsmanship and sensory perception, inviting guests to experience wine through listening, memory and shared presence.
SEASONAL DINNER EXPERIENCE By Lasse Grønkjær Jensen
A Danish chef and fisherman, translating a Sicilian, pescatarian Mediterranean sensibility into a menu built around clarity, texture, and restraint.
THE LISTENING ROOM TUNED FOR IMMERSION By Markus Kilsgaard
A dedicated hi-fi installation turns the room into an instrument built for immersion rather than volume. A 15” two-way runs a custom constant-directivity horn, loaded low enough to cross over softly into the woofer, for a seamless transition. A compact 18” bass-reflex holds the low end, and the whole system is driven by Pascal class-D amplification, built here in Copenhagen.
